Hugh Ladd, CEO
At the heart and soul of our company lies Hugh. Hugh is co-founder of Ladd Properties.
Nearly everyone who has encountered us, whether real estate sales, property management or tenants will recognize Hugh. Having been born and raised in Knoxville and working in property management since 1990, Hugh is the force that drives Ladd Properties. His experience and knowledge of properties in both real estate and property acquisitions is an irreplaceable asset to our company. He manages all facets of the rental business including procurement, sales, and investments. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
Christine Ladd, COO
Christine is co-founder of Ladd Properties. She manages property acquisitions and also understands the importance of customer service. She oversees the day-to-day management and maintenance for all properties. Most of the time you will find Christine touring our rental properties with potential tenants. She understands that finding a home can be overwhelming and she strives to make the experience harmonious. In her spare time she enjoys Yoga and being on the lake.
